All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday) (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email notification from us once your item has arrived, along with a tracking number that you can use to trace its progress. Please wait 48 hours for the tracking information to appear.

Please contact us at info@movieoutfit.com with your name and order number if you have not received your order within 30 days of getting your shipment confirmation email.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have restrictions when it comes to sending to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls under this category, you should research their policies and inform your clients about it.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If the item is unused and in its original condition, we accept returns up to 07 days following delivery and will refund the whole order amount minus the return shipping expenses.

Please inform us as soon as possible at info@movieoutfit.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition if your order arrives damaged in any manner.
